In 2007, he was in fact placed in the top 5.0% of all sales agents internationally. Starting in 1999, William worked as the top sales agent and later sales manager for the high-rise condominium developer of The Regatta Seaside Residences in Marina Del Rey, as well as The Remington Plaza and The Grand condominiums on the Wilshire corridor, Westwood. This gave him an in-depth and unique understanding of all the condominium properties in the two respective areas, making him the obvious choice as a consultant for the developer during both the acquisition phase and later in the pricing /marketing phase for both The Cove and the Azzurra in Marina Del Rey. Notably, he also acted as the agent of record for the marketing of the leases for the Azzurra (which was named Water Terrace during this prior leasing stage).

A Vanderbilt University cum laude graduate in Mechanical Engineering, he retired from the Naval Air Reserves as a Lieutenant Commander (having acted as Naval Flight Officer for variety of different aircrafts), to take on the role of the National Marketing Manager and Sales Manager for a computer software company.
Personally, William plays an active role in the community, participating in charities around LA (including the Habitat for Humanity) and serving on the Los Angeles Association of Realtors Real Estate Finance Committee. He is constantly pursuing higher learning of both self improvement and also interpersonal relationships and communications.
